WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT.
1.1 Services. Pushly collects information from users of the Services. This information may include general, anonymous information about you, such as (i) your device and device capabilities, (ii) your device’s operating system, (iii) your browser, (iv) how you use the Services, (v) your mobile or internet carrier, (vi) browser identifier, and (vii) referring URL. Pushly may also collect information that you voluntarily provide (e.g., your name, email address, company name, company address) when you contact us.
1.2 Information. Pushly may obtain information about you after you provide information to a third party (such as a publisher of Pushly that uses the Services) and you permit that party to share the information.

(b) Web beacons. A web beacon is programming code used to display an image on a web page and can also transfer an individual’s user identification to a database and associate the individual with previously acquired information about the individual. Web beacons enable the Services to track certain websites you visit. Web beacons help determine products or services in which you may be interested and help track online behaviors for marketing purposes. 1.4 No Information Collected from Minors. MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 SHOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS, TO PUSHLY. If Pushly is notified it has personal information about a minor under the age of 18, that information will be promptly deleted from our database.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
2.1 Discretion to Use Information. Pushly uses information collected to operate and provide its Services and to respond to you after you contact Pushly. Additionally, information voluntarily provided to Pushly may be used by Pushly for any lawful purpose.
2.2 Legal Process. Pushly may disclose your information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, and other legal process as required by law.
2.3 Summary Data. Pushly may sell or transfer non-individualized information, such as summary or aggregated anonymous information about all users of the Services or sub groups of users of the Services.
HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE RECEIVE.
3.1 Storage of Information. Pushly stores information using security measures, such as a firewall, to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under its control. Pushly also maintains physical and procedural safeguards to protect information. Notwithstanding such measures, Pushly cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent these computers from being illegally accessed and the Individual Information on them stolen or altered.

4.2 Links. Publishers’ websites and browser push notifications transmitted through the Services by publishers may contain hypertext links to the websites of third parties. Pushly is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites.
HOW YOU MAY EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
5.1 Websites. To prevent Pushly from tracking your behavior on a Pushly website, turn off cookies from that website. Please note that Pushly does not have a mechanism or process to respond to any “do not track” signals which a web browser may send or receive, other than as described in this section.
5.2 Cookies. Check instructions about your web browser to learn how to prevent placement of, or how to remove, cookies placed on your computer or device by this website.
5.3 Browser Push Notifications.
